What problem did the client have?

The client initially faced a challenge in integrating their existing software with Salesforce. They sought expertise in migration, synchronization, and integration services to develop a Proof of Concept (PoC) for this integration.

What solution did we offer the client?

In response, we proposed a solution involving a dynamic team. This team would conduct research and simultaneously develop a bidirectional synchronization service between the client's software and Salesforce. We provided the client with a realistic roadmap, outlining when they could expect the PoC to be completed and presented.

The process

The process involved close collaboration with the client's product owner. Regular bi-weekly updates were provided to showcase progress, discuss completed tasks, and highlight upcoming steps or potential obstacles in the development process.

The technologies used in the project included Javascript, node.js, Salesforce flows, and Salesforce apex language. These tools and languages were employed to ensure a seamless and effective integration between the client's software and Salesforce.

What was done?

The team successfully delivered a working PoC for the integration between the client's software and Salesforce. Subsequently, the client expanded their trust in our services by assigning additional integrations with different platforms. We were also tasked with rewriting existing integrations that the client had in place before our engagement.
